AL FRESCO DINING
Three complimentary meals are available every day starting with a cooked a la carte breakfast and barista coffee. Lunch and three course dinners are served as a set menu offered with a selection of two choices, this is to assure we provide only the best in quality and freshness.
Our cuisine is a fusion of Mediterranean, Asian and Pacific Rim dishes and our produce is organically grown on the island where possible. Quality meats are imported from Australia, New Zealand, USA and Europe along with freshly caught fish and seafood from our very own waters and local delicacies like duck and quail.
